- Usage data. Standard analytics collected by Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, browser, and device type.
- Service delivery data. For clients, information necessary to deliver managed IT and cybersecurity services under a separate services agreement.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation or support you requested.
- To send service-related and account notifications, including text messages if you have opted in.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. SMS / text messaging
We use text messaging for appointment and consultation scheduling, service and support notifications, and responses to inquiries you initiate. You will only receive text messages from us if you expressly opt in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by providing written consent to a member of our team.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business — such as email delivery, text message delivery, hosting, and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
6. Data retention and security
We keep contact form submissions and SMS consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal or recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them. 7. Your choices and rights

- Unsubscribe from email by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
