Ascend Technologies was founded to close a gap we saw across Central Florida: too many capable small and mid-sized businesses stuck with either reactive break-fix shops or impersonal national providers.
With more than 20 years in the Managed IT Services industry, we know what actually keeps a business running — and what doesn't. We've spent that time refining a straightforward model: proactive, secure, transparent, and locally accountable.
From our headquarters in Winter Haven, we serve businesses from St. Petersburg through Tampa, Lakeland, and Kissimmee to Orlando — as a genuine partner, not a ticketing queue.
